With more than 20 years of experience in the French tourism industry, I’ve built a solid career designing and managing shore excursions for river cruises on the Rhône and the Seine. My responsibilities included creating enriching and well-paced tours, selecting high-quality local service providers, and ensuring the highest quality standards for international travelers and excellent customer satisfaction throughout the experience.

Today, I combine my expertise in tourism operations with a passion for education, teaching Tourism Management to first, second and third-year university students. I teach subjects such as Customer Relations and Tourism Geography. I help shape the next generation of tourism professionals by sharing real-world insights and emphasizing customer satisfaction, cultural understanding, and sustainable practices.

I am also a qualified teacher in French as a Foreign Language .
